Overall, I appreciated the friendly staff but had some confusion about the check-out time, which needed clarity. Still, the proximity to local attractions definitely made the stay enjoyable.

I had an amazing stay in a Standard Room with Two Queen Beds, which was impeccably clean and equipped with a fridge and microwave. The breakfast buffet was out of this world with fresh omelets and even a pancake machine – yes, please! Plus, the 24-hour coffee bar kept me energized throughout my trip!

I had a great experience at this hotel, especially because it was just a short walk to la plaza mall for shopping and only about almost 2 km from the beautiful quinta mazatlan where i enjoyed stunning natural views. the staff friendliness and cleanliness added to my comfort as a solo traveler.
