I had a great experience at this hotel, especially because it was just a short walk to la plaza mall for shopping and only about almost 2 km from the beautiful quinta mazatlan where i enjoyed stunning natural views. the staff friendliness and cleanliness added to my comfort as a solo traveler.

Just a smart choice for a city break in McAllen with good price value. Breakfast options were good, especially the variety of pastries. Check the plugs in the room before you settle in.

Clean, Comfortable, Convenient

I had an amazing stay in a Standard Room with Two Queen Beds, which was impeccably clean and equipped with a fridge and microwave. The breakfast buffet was out of this world with fresh omelets and even a pancake machine, yes, please! Plus, the 24-hour coffee bar kept me energized throughout my trip!

We stayed just one night with our family and appreciated the clean environment and friendly staff. However, the room mix-up was disappointing. The breakfast area was bustling but closed promptly at 9:30 am, so plan to arrive early!
